所有訂單須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作最後確認。倘若本公司未能提供任何已訂購之產品或服務，本公司有權拒絕接受該訂單。所有訂單及交易一經本公司確認及閣下付足貨款,視為交易己在香港完成,貨品擁有權也同時轉移至閣下。
網頁上的價格可能與辦公室及優惠的價格不相同。
貨品價格以閣下訂購貨品當日的價格為準。
所有本網站顯示的產品圖片謹為顧客識別產品而提供參考，與產品實際大小、尺寸和顏色可能不同。

支付
本公司接受Visa、萬事達卡網上銀行及銀行轉帳。根據信用卡購物保障服務（如VISA驗證服務，萬事達卡安全碼），閣下可使用帶有具體密碼或安全碼的自有的信用卡安全放心的購物。用於購物的信用卡必須有效且以閣下自己爲持卡人。本網站保留終止訂單的權利。本公司對任何信用卡錯誤不承擔責任。所有支付方式均要求閣下於送貨前支付，只有指定客戶可以「貨到付款」。
所列的全部產品價格均以港幣計算。
本公司可能會不時設定個人顧客的信用額度，及本公司有權限制銷售，包括拒絕銷售予任何顧客的權利。
閣下必須於提交訂單時支付訂單全款。若閣下無法進行支付，則本公司不會接納該訂單，建議閣下聯絡相關的信用卡發行商，以解決閣下使用信用卡之任何相關問題，以便繼續完成訂單。
本公司有權不發出事先通知更改任何訂單的支付條款。
本公司有權隨時通過網站、電子郵件及任何其他公共通訊方式刊發公告，更改在線產品的付款方式。
若任何訂單的款項已支付但訂單未獲本公司接納，本公司將會與閣下聯絡。本公司不對閣下或任何人士因上述退款處理延誤而產生的任何損失、損害、成本或開支負責。
送貨
一旦訂單獲接受並確認付款，本公司將盡快向閣下送貨。
備註
請注意，所有貨品將按計劃及盡本公司最大能力交付。本公司只在有人收貨時交貨。本公司對顧客要求將貨品留置外面的情況不承擔任何責任。
如閣下或閣下代表未能於約定的送貨時間和地點接收貨物, 本公司有權向閣下收取額外費用。
如閣下的地點更改,閣下有責任立即通知本公司。
我們保留最終決定拒絕為任何顧客提供送貨服務的酌情權。
取消
若因任何原因不可提供有關產品或因任何其他原因導致無法交付一份訂單，則本公司有權取消訂單。若出現這種情況，本公司會通知閣下。
基於衛生問題，所有一次性用品並不接受退貨。
一旦提交訂單確認，閣下不可取消訂單。倘閣下需要更多資料或協助，敬請聯絡我們。
資料保護
為致力保障私人對個人資料的私隱權，本公司確保在收集、使用、保留、轉移及處理個人資料方面的政策及常規，均符合香港法例第486章個人資料（私隱）條例的規定。
不可抗力
因火災、洪水、意外事故、暴動、戰爭、政府干預、禁運、罷工、勞資糾紛、設備故障，或超出了本公司控制範圍的任何其他原因導致或引起的履約延誤或不能履約，本公司不予負責。

All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant products. If we are unable to provide any product or service that has been ordered, we reserve the right to refuse that order. All orders and transactions are considered complete in Hong Kong once we have confirmed the order and you have paid the full amount, and ownership of the products is transferred to you at that time.
Prices listed on the website may differ from those in our office and promotional prices.
The price of a product shall be determined by the price on the day the product is ordered.
All product images displayed on the website are for customer identification purposes only and may differ in actual size, dimension, and color.

Payment

The credit card used for shopping must be valid and in the name of the cardholder. This website reserves the right to terminate orders. Our company is not responsible for any credit card errors. If payment for any order has been made, but the order is not accepted by our company, we will contact you. Our company is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses incurred by you or any other person due to the delay in refund processing.
Delivery
Once an order is accepted and payment is confirmed, our company will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible.

Please note that all goods will be delivered according to the plan and to the best of our company's ability. Our company only delivers the goods when someone is available to receive them. We are not responsible for customers who request that the goods be left outside.
If you or your representative fails to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time and location, our company has the right to charge you additional fees.
If your location changes, you are responsible for notifying our company immediately.
We reserve the discretion to refuse to provide delivery services to any customer.
Cancellation
Our company reserves the right to cancel an order if the product cannot be provided for any reason or if the order cannot be delivered for any other reason. If this happens, we will notify you.
For hygiene reasons, all disposable products are not returnable.
Once an order is confirmed, you cannot cancel the order. If you need more information or assistance, please contact us.

Any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions caused by fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargo, strike, labor dispute, equipment failure, or any other event beyond the control of our company shall not constitute a breach of these terms and conditions.
